"I called Sunshine Construction in March asking if they could repair the hardwood floor in a co-op I was about to purchase. The timing was particularly difficult as the repairs needed to be made as soon as I closed on the co-op and done in time to move in a week later. The plywood sub flooring was worn out and needed replacing. We wanted to maintain the appearance of the 86 year old floors. They replaced the floors quickly and professionally and refinished the floors in the rest of the co-op. The old floors turned out very well. They met my tight schedule and did a good job. The floors look great and we were able to move in on time".

This was my first remodel undertaking so I had no prior experience. Lenora and the team at Sunshine helped me pick out the materials and lay out my new kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail that was taken throughout the project. This experience was so positive that I called them up again a few months ago to help me remodel my bathroom. This turned out to be a more time intensive task than my kitchen due to the many hurdles my apartment complex puts on renovation project through. Sunshine happily complied with the restrictions and helped me create a beautiful new bathroom. Though the bathroom was a small project it had a large amount of tiling which they handled beautifully.
